About the Role
We’re looking for a driven finance professional to lead key reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You’ll work cross-functionally to support strategic decisions – from monthly reporting and variance analysis to financial modeling and M&A support – while helping improve overall financial performance.
Job Description
Conduct comprehensive Financial Analysis and Forecasting.
Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness and time delivery.
Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by working closely with cross functional teams and departmental heads to optimize financial performance of the group.
Carrying out variance analysis to track, budget to actual performance on a monthly basis.
Support in mergers, acquisitions and other investment decisions with financial models.
Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial plans.
Carrying out finance function improvement projects.
Perform monthly financial close activities ensuring accuracy and timelines of all journal entries, account reconciliations and reporting deliverables.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and planning systems.
Senior Business Finance Analyst
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Fully or Part qualified in a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or business finance preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets with experience in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
